Love Of Color Runs In The Family................

I attended a family  party near Statesboro Georgia and got a chance to see what my sister had been up to in the renovation of her lake house. Everything was beautiful and I decided to take a few shots of all the wonderful colors, textures and accessories and share with you.
She is an interior design professor at Georgia Southern Universityhttp://chhs.georgiasouthern.edu/htfcs/index.php?link=undergraduate/inds/faculty&sm=inds and my  assistant, Kristen, was one of her students. (Word on the street is "she is a wonderful teacher and many of her students have gone on to secure great jobs in the design world")
She use to own one of the greatest fabric stores  in Savannah  and is also a talented artist.

For The Love Of Shopping.............Celadon

I have loved to shop since I was born..I do believe!!!!
I probably would have ask to stop by the first store on the way home from the hospital if it were possible.
In my line of work, shopping is a necessity so I feel lucky to have chosen this this line of work.
Last week I took a client to Charleston South Carolina on a "fabric hunt"! We dropped by one of my favorite store to see  what was new, exciting and different. There is so much to see you could spend a week just taking it all in...................
When we walked through the door, my client (who is a serious world traveler) said "this is the first store I have ever walked into and LOVED ever single thing in it!!"

My Sunday ................Randomness

I decided to share my day....I was waiting for my client to call so I came to my office to dig through papers...............I thougth about going to an auction but I would get into way to much trouble.(my storage units overflowth all ready)

winter scarf(wool) or summer scarf ( cotton)..the weather... 80 degrees two days ago and now 29 degrees..............what's a girl to do?

My new office manager...so bored with the paperwork..he is WAY to creative for this job!!!!!!

the lost soul  ..who won my heart. the vet said "he will never get along" ( she was right!) and so he has moved  to the office.
