Bellamy and Coastal Living
Bellamy's oyster shell painting is featured on page 38 of the November issue Of Coastal Living Magazine. When they were styling the shoot they needed a great piece that would pull the room together, so we let them use the one from the on line store. (www.janecoslickcottagecollection.com) . Here is one of Richard's Johnsons great beauty shots of that oyster shell painting. Bellamy is a wonderful artist and they failed to credit her for this article ...so I am !!! I love Coastal Living Magazine but they are bad about "not giving credit when credit is due".If they still have their blog hope they will make it up to her. (www.Bellamyart.com)

Although if you Google 'Bellamy oyster' you get it straight away - even 'Bellamy shell' is on the first page, and you can clearly read her name in the photo.
Still, it shouldn't have to be so roundabout -too often in magazines the only thing not listed is the most intriguing thing in the room!
Good for you! She deserves the credit!!
I LOVE that painting!!!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I looked all throughout the magazine and their website for a mention of the painting and/or artist. Shame on CL - again!
So now your blog is added to my google reader and I have a new favorite artist!
Thank you again.
