For The Love Of Shopping.............Celadon

I have loved to shop since I was born..I do believe!!!!
I probably would have ask to stop by the first store on the way home from the hospital if it were possible.
In my line of work, shopping is a necessity so I feel lucky to have chosen this this line of work.
Last week I took a client to Charleston South Carolina on a "fabric hunt"! We dropped by one of my favorite store to see  what was new, exciting and different. There is so much to see you could spend a week just taking it all in...................
When we walked through the door, my client (who is a serious world traveler) said "this is the first store I have ever walked into and LOVED ever single thing in it!!"

My Sunday ................Randomness

I decided to share my day....I was waiting for my client to call so I came to my office to dig through papers...............I thougth about going to an auction but I would get into way to much trouble.(my storage units overflowth all ready)

winter scarf(wool) or summer scarf ( cotton)..the weather... 80 degrees two days ago and now 29 degrees..............what's a girl to do?

My new office manager...so bored with the paperwork..he is WAY to creative for this job!!!!!!

Discount Fabrics in Bluffton

20 minutes from historic downtown Bluffton is one of my favorite fabric stores..... Discount Fabrics. It  is located at 10 Barrel Landing Road in Bluffton SC, The phone number is 843-705-2626 and you can always  give them a call when you are searching for a special fabric. The owner of Discount Fabrics, Benny, is a gifted dog whisperer. She rescues dogs in peril and helps them heal and become the most well behaved and well mannered pets. Some go on to be service dogs  and some come to the fabric store and hang out waiting for their lucky new owners to walk through the door!.
I was lucky enough to end up with one on those amazing dogs....

(Bennie also has been known to give advice to customer with "doggie discipline" issues as she is cutting your fabric and trims.
I always wanted to take Lucky to her for some "lessons" )

My beautiful and loving and well behaved Foster. Bennie gave him a second chance and taught him  wonderful manners. I will always be grateful to her for saving this  amazing dog and for my chance to have him in my life for 12 years.

Beautiful Blufffton................

I went shopping in beautiful Bluffton South Carolina yesterday and I want to share this place with everyone. It is a small historic town located on the georgous May River right over the "big bridge" 40 minutes from Tybee Island.

Their wonderful motto is :

I bought myself a few presents ..for next Christmas or my birthday ..whichever comes first and a piece of art by my friend and the owner of Egg' S' tricities, Nancy Golson.
Sissy , the cat, likes it and thinks it has great energy. If you have ever tried to throw a cast net to catch some shrimp ..You KNOW how much energy that takes. (Sissy loves Shrimp!)
